Bio Oil Burner – This range of bio oil burners  require a compressed air supply . The bio oil burners are highly robust, low pressure burners characterized by limited consumption levels, low pollutant emissions, reliability, safe working, easy installation and maintenance.Resulting in high energy efficiency with a renewable energy oil HVAC system.

These bio oil burners are built to burn bio oils from B10 to B100 ( or pure vegetable oil ) which are renewable energy oils but they will also burn,light heating oil, heavyheating oil, used oils(waste) and waste vegetable oils. The design is based on the emulsion principle that creates an air/oil atomization mixture,burning with excellent combustion results.

When mounted to a cast iron boiler, we recommend our “ZVP” burner tube which attaches to the end of the burner, which in essence makes another combustion chamber withing the boiler to ensure hot combustion in the heat exchanger of the boiler.

Steel heat exchanger boilers generally get hot enough not to require this ZVP burner tube to be fitted to the burner.

Usually fitted to a heating boiler for a hot water system, which then feeds heat emitters and / or an indirect hot water tank or cylinder for domestic hot water production.

Bio Oil Burners – Construction

We use top-quality materials such as thermally-treated steels, intermediate checks and final tests guaranteeing the product’s great reliability. These bio oil burners are renowned  for their sturdy construction. The high quality mechanical parts of the compressor (rotor, blades and liner) and of the delivery pump (rotor, piston, ring) of special materials ,assure a long life and give the highest reliability of service also if burning used oil.

All principal components of the burners are fixed to a spiral aluminium body creating a sturdy, monolithic structure with automatic safety devices. Their components can be reached comfortably: maintenance and cleaning are easily carried out. For a perfect regulation of the fuel combustion, all burners have electrical control equipment (thermostats, manometers, cocks etc. ).

The bio oil burner / Vegetable oil burner operates according to the emulsion principle. Due to a perfect mixture (emulsion) of fuel oil and for a part of primary air in the compressor and its subsequent atomizing in the nozzle, a perfect combustion is obtained. No harm is done to the environment, as combustion values demonstrably fall within the standards in force.
